Service operator

Zamerdane is operated by [nazwa firmy], registered at [adres siedziby], VAT ID [NIP], business register number [REGON].

Definitions

Service — the Zamerdane web application together with the zamerdane.pl website.

School — the organisation account created by a trainer or school owner, holding its calendars, bookings and billing.

End client — a dog owner using a School’s public booking page or the links sent to them by email.

Subscription — paid access to the Service for a chosen billing period.

Scope of the service

The Service provides a session calendar with recurring classes, a public booking page including an embeddable version, a school directory, behavioural walk planning, session packages, session notes (typed or dictated), training goals for dogs with homework and certificates, team and guest-trainer management, email notifications and two-way Google Calendar sync.

The operator makes every effort to keep the Service running continuously, while reserving the right to technical interruptions needed for maintenance and development.

Accounts and responsibility

Creating a School requires an email address and acceptance of these terms. End clients can book without creating an account.

The School is responsible for the content it enters into the Service, including its clients’ and dogs’ data, and for having a lawful basis to process it.

The School decides who on its team can reach the data. It may also invite a guest trainer — someone outside the team who sees only the data needed to run the sessions assigned to them. A guest trainer is the School’s processor, not the operator’s sub-processor; the School concludes a data processing agreement with them in the Service, from a template the operator provides, and remains responsible for that relationship.

Using the Service to send unsolicited commercial messages, or for any unlawful purpose, is prohibited.

Trial, payments and subscription

A new School receives 30 days of full access at no cost and without providing card details.

After the trial, using the Service requires a subscription: 50 zł gross per month (40.65 zł net) per trainer. The price includes Polish VAT at 23%.

Payments are handled by Stripe. Invoices are issued electronically to the details provided by the School, sent by email and, where the law requires it, submitted to the Polish National e-Invoice System (KSeF).

If a charge fails, the School keeps full access for 14 days from the first failed attempt. After that the operator may limit access to the Service’s features until the payment is settled; the School’s data and its clients’ bookings are not deleted for this reason.

A subscription can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the paid billing period. Fees for a started period are not refunded pro rata unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

Right of withdrawal

Consumers, and sole traders treated as consumers, may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of concluding it, without giving a reason.

A message to kontakt@zamerdane.pl is enough to withdraw.

Complaints

Complaints about the Service can be sent to kontakt@zamerdane.pl.

The operator will consider a complaint within 14 days of receiving it and reply to the sender’s email address.

Changes to these terms

The operator may change these terms for important reasons, in particular a change in law or in the scope of the service.

Schools are notified by email at least 14 days in advance. If you do not accept a change, you may terminate the contract with immediate effect.

Governing law

Matters not covered by these terms are governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code and the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means.
